I’m happy that you are here. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) licensed in MA and NH. l specialize in treating those dealing with addiction, transitions, anxiety, and depression. The most important part of therapy is the connection the therapist has with their client, which is something I prioritize.

While therapy can be challenging, as we begin to truly look in the mirror it can also be a place of connection and trust. There is a great power in having someone to talk to and work through life with. I am here to help you in whatever way I can, whether that means a listening ear, a safe place to cry, or working towards your goals.
